Creamy with notes of apple and citrus. Toffee and vanilla add complexity.Palate: Full bodied as one would expect from a Single Malt of this age. Lemon peel and pepper with some oak dryness.Finish: Big finish and what appears to be an endless aftertaste.Distillery InformationEgan Distillery will be situated in Tullamore Co Offall. The founders established their firm P & H Egan Ltd. on Bridge Street in the heart of Tullamore. They engaged in wholeselling, bottling, malting and brewing activities. Egan‘s were bottling Jameson & Paddy Whiskeys in the 1940s. The firm went into voluntary liquidation in 1968. Jonathan Egan and John Ralph of the 5th and 6th generation of the Egan family revived the company P.&H. Egan.
