Cava Antigua Silver Tequila – Our tequila is made from one hundred percent of Blue Agave Weber Tequilana. The excellence of our product begins with the thorough selection of agave with ripening time between eight and ten years. Before its preparation, the base of agave is removed in order to avoid the formation of unwanted alcohols and afterwards it is placed for some period of time into the specially designed ovens. After the fermentation process, the must (juices and syrups of agave) goes through double distillation in stills specially designed to obtain a maximum purity of the product, and is bottled directly.

Nose: Recognized for its excellent intense cooked agave profile, hints of citrus, white pepper, mango, apple, pear and sweet honeysuckle.
Palate: Elegant and delicate with silky mouthfeel and complexity.
Finish: Lingering sweetness and smooth till the end.
