Detailed DescriptionThe first Pearse whiskey to come from their own stills. The stills which are currently in Pearse Lyons Distillery, Co.Dublin had a temporary home at the Carlow Brewery – home to O’Hara’s Craft Beer. The vendome stills were originally made in Louisville, Kentucky and were previously used at Alltech’s Lexington Brewing Company.
