This expression was distilled back in 1987 and left to age in bourbon casks for 25 years. After such a long time, the whiskey was given a change of scenery and moved over to French oak casks that previously held white Burgundy wine for the final 5 years. Just 500 bottles were produced.Teeling 30 Year Old Vintage Reserve Irish Single Malt Whiskey Tasting NotesNose: Rose water, white grapes, tropical fruit, toffee, caramel, coffee, earthy.Palate: Fresh cut grass and herbs gives way to spices, coconut, wood, tropical fruit, kiwi, strawberry, and pineapple.Finish: The tropical fruit continues with peach, lemon, culminating in a nice dry finish.Distillery InformationTeeling Distillery is an Irish whiskey distillery established in Dublin in 2015.
